Aubrey helped me and my parents sell their house in Kihei a few months ago. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience across the board. My parents live on the mainland, so having a realtor based on Maui, and so in tune with the local market, its needs and trends, was a huge help. Also, houses tend to get cluttered over time. Within a few days of taking the contract, she got straight to work on making the house as attractive as possible, and we didn’t need to buy new furnishings to make the house look spacious and well maintained. (See photos). The transition with the closing was seamless and the house did not linger on the market for much time. Definitely a class above.

She kept us informed every step of the way by reporting to us after every open house on how many people were there and how she intended to follow-up with those people. She set up Google meetings for us to make sure that we knew exactly when we needed to have docs signed and submitted, along with the open house scheduling. She is extremely hard working, trustworthy, ethical and professional. But above all that, she is a nice person. We feel that not only now do we have a Realtor that we can highly recommend, we have a new friend.
